So now it
was time for this Light to be seen by man, so God used a man named
John to tell everyone about the Light
that was coming to earth so
that everyone might believe and have knowledge of His Word.
Yes, the time
had finally come for the One who is the true Light, and who
gives the true Light to everyone, to come into the world.
But although
the world was made through Him, the world didn't recognize Him when He
came shinning His Light through the darkness as the Word
of God.
Yes, all things
were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.
But to all
who believed Him and accepted Him, God gave the right to become His children.
Yes, He ordained
and decreed that this right, the right to become children of His Light
might
be given to those who believe in His Word.
This was, so
that these children might be able to become children of this Light
through the power of this same
Word.
This is the same Word
that was with Him from the foundation of the world creating everything
that is.
This is the
Word
that later would become flesh and come to earth shinning this
Light
on men.
Then these
children who would accept this Word would now have the power to
carry this Light and allow this light to shine through them to the
world.
They will be
glowing in the midst of darkness for all to see. These new children would
never hide their lights under a basket or a table! Oh no. They will expose
the darkness and in turn will become the light of men.
Oh! yes instead
of hiding this precious Light, they will place it way on high on a stand
so that His Light would shine equally for all through them and His
Word
would be exposed.
Yes, as His
creation would have an encounter with this Light through the Word
of God that was already made flesh, it would be as if they had received
new life. Yes, it would be as if they would be reborn!
