NEED FOR A MILITARY MIND
A Two Pronged
Attack
While the kingdom
of darkness and hell advances into our precious world conquered by our
saviour Jesus Christ, part of the church is found sleeping.
The Lord goes
into great details in this area with the parables of the ten virgins.
WE
READ
Then shall
the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps,
and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
And
five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
They that
were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
but the
wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
While the
bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
And at midnight
there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet
him.
Then all
those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
And the
foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone
out.
But the
wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you:
but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
And while
they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in
with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
Afterward
came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
But he answered
and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
Watch therefore,
for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

There are two
areas I have noticed where the enemy attacks the population.
Let us tackle
the first manifestation of these attacks. I know that you will recognize
these two because they are widespread and their goal is to alarm the population.
Number One:
Through the
media, we see daily how a corrupt law gets passed or gang violence breaks
out; people disappear, or it might be that a beloved public figure is scandalized.
Or we see how
a famous preacher is crucified by the media for speaking truth and saying
that the leaders of Haiti made a pact with the devil. This happens although
several Haitian preachers had appeared on the program years earlier and
testified of this fact.
This is placed
all over the news, people talk about it, their hearts are disappointed
and this shock wave caused by this demonic intrusion causes a force that
comes together against two things, our hearts and our faith.
When it comes
against our hearts: we become disappointed, offended, stunned and, often,
outraged. Now the kingdom of darkness and plowed the soil of our
minds.
In this area
of our mind, now hell launches the second area of unprecedented attack.
Now there is
no need for the media. There is no newscast featuring this next stage of
warfare against our families, government and churches. This time the enemy
comes in quietly and hiding. In this area the enemy does not allow himself
to be seen or detected.
Through the
wearing of the minds, he whispers and begins to stir our souls negatively
using our discontent until we finally explode and allow the flesh to manifest
not allowing the Spirit of the Living God to produce the fruits of the
Spirit.
THE RESULT?
Total discontent
with church, pastor, family, government, society etc. Where the spirit
of the believer once was empowered with joy, faith and love, now is filled
with bitterness, hatred and malice. These characteristics are found along
with the spirit controls a state of violence. These all roll in motions
in the soulish realm and NOT in the realm of the Spirit of God.
Try it for
a three days or so. Do the experiment. All you need to do is tune it to
CNN and to Fox news. Or sit in a church that is dead to the Spirit of God
and see whether you will not get angry. Both will play you so hard, you
will end up hating one and loving the other.
Since we must
be at war with the culture war in our lifetime, it is a matter of survival
to live by the Spirit of God in order to love and display His attributes.
As we do then and only then we begin to display "the fruit of the Spirit
(which) is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
meekness, temperance: against such there is no law."
Galatians
5: 22-23 KJV
We are reminded
that we are not fighting "flesh and blood but against principalities, against
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world."
Ephesians.
6:12 KJV
Unfortunately
so many have lost their vision, their discernment for the church as well
as for their family and country. What has actually happened is that they
have not lost their vision, and discernment, but that the enemy has come
in to destroy their love for these.
You see, if
the enemy can steal your joy, he can steal your strength, for the joy of
the LORD is your strength. If the enemy can steal your love, the attributes
of the LORD cannot operate in your life, Signs and Wonders cannot follow
your ministry.
Love
is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude.
Love does
not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of
when it has been wronged.
It is never
glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.
Love never
gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every
circumstance.

THE DIVINE PURPOSE
OF GOD?
I will tell
you this, we know for a fact that if The LORD god almighty wanted to end
evil on planet earth right now, He would do it in a split of a second.
Why in the
world does He manifest such longsuffering?
He displays
such grace towards us and the reason for that is that He desires to bring
those that believe to a place where they can display the image of Jesus
Christ. He desires us to mature to the point where he can use us for His
Glory.
If He so desired,
evil would have been terminated at a moment's notice as in the tower of
Babel, or Sodom and Gomorrah. And this is the reason why we all have a
Saviour today. that he may save our lives and not destroy them. he came
that we may live and have life in abundance.
In the dispensation
that we find ourselves in we find real enemies that God can use to perfect
our love; in this imperfect environment, we have actual foes whose persecution
and sole purpose to destroy us helps us to perfect our prayer lie in turn
helping us to reflect the image of Christ.
God waits upon
us. He waits and longs for a harvest of perfection in our lives His desire
is to bring many into His Glory and this world with all of its imperfection,
trials and tribulation has become the perfect stage to bring us into perfect
maturity if you will.
We cannot just
be politically correct; we must be spiritually correct, like people from
another realm. Yes, we should be angry and we will get angry at the wrongs
in this world but when all is said and done we would have become Christ
like in working out through our trials and errors.
There will
be times when we must stand for what it right. there will be times when
we need to stand up to the bully and the bigot and those who through schemes
manipulate the weak. but when it comes to our own interest, we at all times
must consider the words of our Master.
but
I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee
on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
And if any
man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy
cloke also.
And whosoever
shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.
Give to
him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou
away.
Ye have
heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine
enemy.
But I say
unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them
that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute
you;
that ye
may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his
sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and
on the unjust.

I know that God
desires for His children to be mature in the area of love. As we battle
with the world of darkness and close all doors ot the enemy, we open the
door of love from His world and share it with humanity.
In order for
us to see our churches, family, friends and nation transformed, first we
ourselves must be transformed. Otherwise, we run the risk of becoming like
the five virgins of Matthew that had no oil.
If we are not
transformed, we run the risk of becoming Christian Hypocrites: Denominational
Christians: Lukewarm Christians: Yes, we run the risk of becoming Angry
Christians:
Angry Christians
because the world does not want Christ, allowing our spirit to be numbed
because we have failed to reflect the Glory of Jesus in our lives.
