The angels frequently attended our Lord Jesus: at His birth, in His temptation, and in His agony. But upon the Cross we find no angel attending Him. 

When His Father forsook Him, the angels withdrew from Him, but now that He has resumed the glory He had before the foundation of the world, the angels of God worship Him.

As long as the Believer's faith is in the Cross, the sacrifice of Messiah or Christ, His Finished work on earth, knowing and understanding that ALL of his victories in totality springs from that Source and that Source alone, then the Holy Spirit, who lives within the Saint, will guarantee to that Saint ALL the benefits of what Yeshua, Jesus purchased at the Cross and through the Resurrection.
